12. Disputes
If a dispute arises in connection with these terms, the parties agree to:
- Negotiate first. Raise the matter with us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve it in good faith.
- Mediate. If it is not resolved within 30 days, either party may refer it to mediation administered by the Resolution Institute, or its successor, in Perth, Western Australia.
- Litigate. If mediation is unsuccessful, either party may commence proceedings in the courts of Western Australia, and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

We may amend these terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date it was last updated shown above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the amended terms.
